Thank you for your work Graeme. I downloaded the msegui.inf file and tested the integration into MSEide. It is great!
Just a small detail. I didn't understand where the FPCHELP variable is defined. So I did put the explicit path to the file, and it worked. Thank you for the links to IPF specifications and examples.
