Yes and no. Tomek, the point is that you need to tell other people what you would like to change in a way that they can understand. After some kind of consensus is reached I think it's a fine idea to document in a way that people can understand what the plans for the codebase is. > as for now help would only induce additional work Then your approach is wrong. This does not mean that you have exclusive right or responsibility to make those changes. Quite the opposite. Instead, please communicate your ideas, and invite others to help.
