I think the most reasonable approach would be: 1. Work with current code, clean up, make distinctions between functionalities, set program flow.
2. Make it buildable by g++. 3. If anyone is willing then C++ rewrite can take place. Code produced by (1) should be easy to move into objects. I am not that good in C++ as some guys here on the list, so my code may not be the best. I know current C organization and I like C. All 3 points made in one step are too much work, while 1 seems to be the priority at the moment. This solution seems to be least invasive to the project and seems most desired anyway... Is that okay? :-) Best regards :-) Tomek -- CeDeROM, SQ7MHZ, http://www.tomek.cedro.info ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Master Java SE, Java EE, Eclipse, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery and much more.
