HI Costel,

Is your initrd image coming from your UYOK? If not, please try to use it that 
one.

If it still does not work, it could be a network kernel module and its 
framework/driver issue.
Can you check to see if the kernel module is successfully loaded up on you 
busybox?

- Please make sure that your initrd:my_modules/INSMOD_COMMANDS has your network 
kernel module there.
- Make sure if udev can find the place its framework or driver is located.
