Yes, I agree with Parc Monceau. There are several other parks also designed in the so-called English style by Alphand and they're all worthwhile. Parc des Buttes Chaumont, and the Parc Montsouris in particular. Square des Batignolles is nice, but small, and some of the surrounding streets are lovely.
