You guys can laugh, but the extra traffic is already causing problems in Oregon. A person who works at a gas station on the interstate in SW Idaho posted "SO MANY PEOPLE." There are reports of some areas where gas stations are out of fuel. I'm making sure that my tanks are topped off all weekend, because I need to go almost 2 hours away to my chosen spot.

My sister-in-law came to visit and says there are people at her hotel in Kearney, Nebraska from Canada and Japan (and that's just the two she happens to know about). Sadly, clouds are becoming a real concern for Nebraska, for Monday... but I'm not chasing it. I'm going to my spot and if it happens, it happens (and I hope to capture it). But, come Tuesday, I may be one disappointed pup.
