It looks like your SlimServer cannot connect to the internet sometimes. There are messages in the log that both audioscrobbler.com and squeezenetwork.com cannot be connected to. Possibly a Vista/firewall issue?
There also seems to be a LastFM password issue - probably worth entering it again. I'll check out the player menu - must admit I did not check that...
