Update: I've solved the last note bug. The thing was, the last noteoff
was at exactly the same time as the composition end. So
fillCompositionWithEventsUntil stopped at that point and missed the last
noteoff.
That would have had little effect, except that I was also writing
end-of-track at the time of the last event on the track. Probably should
be end of composition instead. I will fix that too, so this bug is
actually getting fixed in two ways.
