You could try using a company 2sms.com (they have a smsc link) which has
lots of ways of getting SMS into their system. I post xml from a php
script that processes messages that arrive to kannel. Depends how
reliable u need the message delivery to be. I used clickatell for a few

Yeah, of course. Kannel just makes these web service tasks much easier to
develop.
I've been watching this thread for some time now and am amazed at what
people think is and isn't available.
It is perfectly possible in the UK to get full two way SMPP including
ranges of international addresses.
