The Magnesium Advocacy Group on Facebook has a lot of helpful advice on AFIB.
One of the areas they focus on is mineral balancing. Enter AFIB in the search

Thanks, Nenah, for your how-to make magnesium oil. Are you saying there is
no need to add oil to it?
Never knew about Spectro-Chrome color therapy...will check into this.
Weird, because my intuition lately has been craving for colors. Even like,
especially colorful foods.

cap is 200 mg.. I take full cap morning and night seems to have
stopped my early morning heart flutters. Nothing in it .. just magnesium,
fulvic acid, reverse osmosis water and sorbic acid. I was also getting
leg cramps on the tablets. Tricia

I would say epsom salt baths off the top of my head (add borax and baking
soda too), as that is probably the most cost effective way to definitely
absorb the magnesium. Boron (from the borax) is a potent cofactor too.
Absorption of tablets/capsules is highly variable. Magnesium oil is also
superb, but maybe less cost effective?

Just my thoughts.
