I have a client who is able to go to the online email system on our service and send an email to a specific user on RoadRunner in Houston, however if he tries to send it through our server he gets the following bounce. I have included the header

I can say that the latest interim is 1.79i7. That is great then I know the latest interim. But that won't help someone who is running 1.79i3 in this case, because they don't know if the new feature was added before or after 1.79i3. Correct but they will know they do not have the latest

No, it's not completely useless. Even if you can't query _your own_ SPF record unless it's set to accept wildcard sending IPs--and you can't use WHITELIST AUTH for those IPs--you can still publish an internal DNS zone for your domain that doesn't contain an SPF record,

Now Scott needs to notify us for future IP change of his mail server No, it is your responsibility to check to see if it changes. Declude JunkMail is designed to prevent legitimate E-mail from getting caught. If you are blocking the E-mail, there is probably a problem with your configuration.
