Hello John, If you have the card AND LoTW, that's pretty hard to argue with! Can you scan the card? If so, send a picture of it, with this explanation, to 5B4AHJ at Clublog and ask him to put this into their Call Tester. I have done that before with older cards from DXCC applications I checked.
