That's interesting I've never heard of your particular problem and I use Office 2000... About the only thing I've had issues with concerning Word and with Jaws on any version was with Norton's plug in on the micellaneous tab that has to be unchecked or otherwise jaws seems to not work

I had that problem with Jaws back on version 4.51. I was told to go to the folders through the control panel and on the view page make sure that show files/folders is not on. I don't claim this will work but it's that way still on this computer and I'm using jaws 7.10 just a thought.. Hailley
