In JAWS 18, I can press ENTER on the Menu button on that Web site, then TAB to the various options which become available once the menu is expanded. Some are sub-menus; again, ENTER expands them, and TAB repeatedly to see the links that have been revealed by the expansion... I don't have 17 on
