Mrne, Can it be that win-d or win-m is not working? Or try: press ins-3 first then win-m. Ins-3 will tell Jaws that the next key is for windows. Same as ins-b in Window-Eyes. You can also minimize programs bij pressing alt-space and choose Minimize in that menu. Hope this helps. Regards,

Just go to c:\ and see if you have a folder called Program Files (X86) in addition to Program Files. If you have both folders, yours is 64-bit, if you only have the latter, it is 32-bit. The former folder is where it puts the 32-bit programs when the computer is 64-bit. HTH, Humberto

Just to clear this up, I believe you made a simple typing error at the end of your post. A 32 bit version of JAWS will not work on a 64 bit system even though many 32 bit programs will JAWS is an exception in this case. Also the 32 bit version has X86 in it's name to distinguish itself.
