No I don't think diamond would be a preferred term, since diamonds can
be any size. Diaper patterns are a very common term for weavers, and is
understood as being a small repeating pattern, not even necessarily in
diamond shape

out to catch on things, so I have changed to using Nymo thread. I thread it
through the beads twice, so it should hold quite well, and I put a dab of

open source Inkscape. It is a full fledged vector based drawing program
similar to Illustrator. You can download it here: http://inkscape.org/. It
runs on Windows, Macs and Linux based pc's.

The orange one is 50wt, the green is 40wt, and the grey is 28wt. There is
also a red one that is 12wt. Haven't used these for bobbin lace, but have
