As far as I know the best way to create documentation is using lazdoc and lazde. It can generate html, which can be transformed to chm. (ms hmtl workshop works on on linux using wine too). With Andrew Haines CHMHelpViewer the content can be shown. maybe its easyer to use html directly. I
