Hi Ruth, Put the Number you have in your file in the File ID slot rather than the Source Name - then you can still easily go from Legacy to your 3 ring binders. I'm more specific and have my originals numbered with type and a number - eg: Birth001, Ship(ping List)001, Obituary001 etc Cathy
