of the curves should provide some useful clues about
what is going on.

Dear all,
A comment on Xpose - no, support for multiple $PROBLEM statements is not
present in the current version (4.0PR6U1) - and this is not something
planned for Census, either, come to that. By a show of hands, is this
something people would like to see implemented?

Finally, it's important to note that this release, while quite mature and
stable, is still a beta, and is likely to contain (minor) bugs. If you find
any, please let me know so they can be addressed in time for the imminent
1.0 release.

Dear all,
Census 1.1 Release Candidate has been released. This version includes a
number of enhancements:
* A bug that affected the importing of $OMEGA BLOCK initial estimates under
some circumstances has been corrected.
* Full support for recent Xpose releases has been added.
* A range of other
factor in
the transit compartment equations (Sun YN, Jusko WJ. J Pharm Sci. 1998
Jun;87(6):732-7), but it seems to be fairly unstable in NONMEM. Can
anyone comment/help?
Thanks in advance,
Matt

Dear all,
Census 1.1 has been released. This is a maintenance release, fixing all
known issues, including a startup crash that affected some users, and
setting the stage for the introduction of NONMEM 7 support. There are

Dear Justus,
Your best bet may be not to use the ind.plots function at all, and
instead use standard lattice, e.g.
library(xpose4)
xp - xpose.data(1) ; load NM data
x - xp@Data ; move the Xpose data somewhere more convenient
xyplot(DV ~ TIME | factor(ID), data=subset(x,

Hi Bill, all,
I do much the same thing - when there's nonlinearity happening, I've found it
to be effective to plot concentration-time curves by doses and regimens of
interest and mark the times at which the (median?) clinically-defined threshold
for "washout" has been reached in each case. Of
