I am trying to use a combination figure with luacode (both with latest MKIV
and LMTX).
However, the figures do not line up in the grid of the combination.
I get the correct result with examples 1 and 2 below, but example 3 using

chapters are unnumbered too so it's kind of a combination:

undefined (* in the table) and therefore, when TeX encounters this
combination, spacing is just skipped.
This also translates to the parameters in LuaTeX. For example the
combination Open-Bin is skipped by TeX and therefore setting the
corresponding parameter just does
