It appears that quite a lot of us have been cooking recently.
I've been experimenting, trying to re-create a biscuit (or cookie)
that I remember from my youth - McVitie's "Abbey Crunch".

I'm now making more muffins - same recipe except using coarse stone
ground yellow cornmeal and adding the sage I left out of the other
recipe :-)
baking because it is sooo cold here and apartment not quite warm

They certainly look delicious.
I will try baking soon, within a week, perhaps.
I should also bake Cornbread Sanfedele again.
I can even share how they look if I feel shameless enough.
