If you use an eraser be extremely careful not to get any bits of the abrasive
eraser material in the camera. Whatever method you use, you should of course
clean the contacts on both lens and camera.

You seem to say that gleefully. It's a valuable brand. Someone will probably
buy it cheap if Ricoh fails.

My read on the situation is Pentax appears to be one of the few bright
spots on Ricoh's balance sheet.
Probably won't save Pentax if the parent company founders, but Pentax

On the page that Gonz posted:

"When in panic or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout" ;-)
Please ignore the alarmist Nikkei article - FTR Ricoh had to
officially deny 2 such "news", the one about closing down the camera
business (denied) and one about selling the leasing and semiconductor

Thanks, Chris! That's exactly the look and tradition I was trying to
evoke. The reception was fun. Lots of good comments and feedback. I was
happy that many people tuned into the less showy images - like the
milkweed seedpod and the vine tendrils.
Now I can finally get back to making more

Point of order, Mr. Speaker!
The riders are, indeed, both pre-1987, I'll grant you that.
But the bikes are also both pre-1987, as are their components - including, I
suspect, the brake blocks.

Chris's MX is pre-1979 I believe; my Leica M3 is
