Dee,
This is how an old italian neighbor helped me bring down my bp when even meds
couldn't help.
1. Put a tablespoon of Epsom Salt in a glass of water and let sit in
refrigerator overnight.
2. Following morning put 1-1/2 inch of the solution in a glass of orange juice.
3. Drink all

Cayenne, garlic and hawthorn got my dad off his high blood pressure
medications. Acupuncture is very effective as well. Acupuncture can
lower systolic blood pressure by 20 points in 20 minutes. If you don't
like needles, find someone who also does herbs.

I haven’t written to the list about dehydration and blood pressure for some
time. Older people (I’m 68) are more apt to drink insufficient water – I’m a
coffee-lover too, which seems to be dehydrating. My BP (even with meds) kept
going up. Doctors never commented on water intake. My kidneys
Not long ago I read a posting on a site where this doctor would tell his

It could work.
Celery is a natural diuretic and diuretics used to be the first thing prescribed
for hypertension.
Better celery than a drug.
Might use it in a juice blend.
