Thanks, Tricia, for your tips for which magnesium brand you take. I'll have to try it. :D BTW, due to Hashimoto's, I get a lot of heart palpitations and that is always a sign of magnesium deficiency. I know sometimes it takes as long as 3 months for the nutrient to reach deep into our organs.

I would say epsom salt baths off the top of my head (add borax and baking soda too), as that is probably the most cost effective way to definitely absorb the magnesium. Boron (from the borax) is a potent cofactor too. Absorption of tablets/capsules is highly variable. Magnesium oil is also superb,
