Ok, I've updated the How-To on running a discussion list with TB to
include all the great new capabilities since the last release.
I'd appreciate any comments from people on if something is incorrect.

It doesn't happen if I have selected the view folder message list,
but if not selected, Ctrl up goes down and Ctrl down goes up.

The key combinations happen just the opposite of the direction
the little arrow in the sort menu indicates. I thought it was me,
