Change freeze in the 1.0 branch

Can we have a change freeze in the branch please while we take stock of where we are. There's so many changes going on still everytime i update to get the final thing to review by the time i've checked out there's new commits :( Could everyone who has more to do please reply now saying what

I have added the implementation-bpel back to build with test cases disabled. This should avoid any of the issues we are seeing due to TUSCANY-1716. I have a sample for implementation-bpel in trunk, but the ant script need a little more work, depending on how things are, I'll try to work on it in
