The problem has been solved now. Thanks for the input though. That would
have been a problem except the daughter was able to login to her father's
email account. She did figure it out in the end.

I'm sorry to have to break it to you but Microsquish Word is good at making
a horrible mess. It's good for quick little letters and first drafts of
things but not for desktop publishing or g
