## There's no way to estimate PPM with that process.
Just a few grains difference in added salt can mean many many PPMs difference over the same period of time.

If you record the current at regular intervals of time, you can precisely calculate the maximum amount of silver that has been released using Faraday's equation, and therefore the maximum possible concentration. No doubt the concentration of the solution will be slightly less than that calculated.
