I built it.  But when I try to run sbm-fltkd.exe, I get an error message:

I don't know what a side-by-side configuration is.  I think I found the 
"application event log", but it's all Greek to me.

OK... I've been programming Macs since before OS X existed, but usually 
using IDEs. I don't know anything about cmake, and not much about make 
either.  I'll go back over the build steps and see if I can straighten 
it out.
