Hi Weder,

please provide a simple recipe with its own sample file to reproduce the
problem in other systems.

Your current description of how to reproduce the problem is very vague and
doesn't reproduce here.

I use a 64 bit machine with no issue on any of your requests. When testing on
32 bits I use a virtual machine so I can configure it differently for each
situation within the limits of VMware.

Cheers

Carlos

Hello,

These errors occur in various situations. The message described above, appeared
when I was moving the timeline.

But these errors occur when editing an object or a transformation such as
rotate. But the errors only occur if you use the resources of composition, any
of them.

In ateriores messages, has a link where I have made available a model file that
gives error. You commented on your computer with Ubuntu 10.04 64bit also gave
error. Try to run Synfig Live CD 32bit. Here, no matter which system. I've
tried 64 and 32 bit Debian, AV Linux, Ubuntu 10.04, 11.04 and 11.10, all 32 and
64. All give error. But the errors only occur on the new machine, as i7
processor, we mentioned in previous emails. In Core2Duo in all systems, Synfig
runs perfectly.

I am a layman in programming, but it seems that some libraries used by Synfig
may not be adapting well to some new system hardware input. It seems that when
Synfig needs access to any component, gives error.

You said in previous emails, to avoid the use of alpha ...
But it is not feasible, because they accelerate compositing capabilities and
give a very good finish to the work.

Could you give me the comfiguração your computer to see if we have similar
equipment? Thus we could evaluate whether there is a similar hardware
configuration and what could be causing the problem.

Hug!
