There appears to be some good data in the list. It is commendable that the Victorian Government has released some of its data under the CC license. Some of the datasets are pretty course (VicMap Lite for example) and are probably not worth looking at. On the other hand, the public places (libraries, swimming pools etc) are probably of higher accuracy. Have started a page on the wiki ( http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Data.vic.gov.au) to list data sets that are worth/have been loaded into OSM.
