Brian, If good quality TIGER data exists for this area and can validate the changes then I suggest it's OK to change the source to TIGER, otherwise it seems prudent to backout all the changesets tagged as sourced from Google Maps.
The one-way flows can sometimes be inferred from pavement markings and Bing aerials.
