1. The report was signed. For some reason the signature was not included in the Exhibit. 2. The ERV was also being paid by I.H. 3. The ERV report has a large number of impossible claims, as described in Exhibit 5. The fact that they are impossible should be apparent to anyone. They are impossible regardless of how skillful Penon might be. In other words, the report speaks for itself, and to say that something else might be "as good as" it makes no sense. It is terrible.
