It's confirmed that the CPU runs on 100% by default, it's not confirmed
"that most of the users don't need the full realtime-power". But do they
need it? I've got troubles with my audio production on Linux, but
sometimes they are working. I never had any trouble with my Suse
installs, because they were running on half speed.
