Well I have seen them for sale on Ebay, the Windows XP accompanied by a computer part..I don't know if it was OEM..My 3 Windows XP Pro Upgrade, fully installed on my three 98SE systems for it gave me the choice of a full install or an upgrade..I selected full install and then it asked me to insert my 98se disks in the drive so it could verify them and then away it went with a full install..boy was I surprised, and I haven't seen that info floating around either..--Phyllis
