These are the only hardware that can qualify for OEM installations when upgrading an existing machine.
It's NOT in your EULA. Plain and simple. The EULA you will see in Windows is just that, the "END USER" License Agreement. These rules are defined in either the OEM License Agreement or the Authorized OEM Reseller terms. I know these because I work for an authorized OEM reseller.
