Follow up suggestion, ask someone who has broadband if he will sell/give you 
 his modem. (Jim, 2006)


That is true you could do that. But you have to worry if they overworked it or 
not the modem not a big deal but CPU, GPU, RAM and stuff like that. Say if the 
person overclocked it, it wouldn't run as good as a new one. I know this by I 
am one that overclocks everything in my computer and I'm looking into a 
phase-changer which will drop it down to -20 C. For this reason I would not 
sell any of my parts.
