That is true you could do that. But you have to worry if they overworked it 
or not the modem not a big deal but CPU, GPU, RAM and stuff like that.

Chances are the person had broadband before buying that computer. But even 
if he didn't I don't think that modems wear. Electronics that do wear are 
those that get hot. Modems deliver very small amounts of power, in the 
milliwatts.

If you are still talking about CPUs yes, maybe. But only if the heat sink 
and cpu fan were inadequate.

increase the gas milage by 20%. What is the principle of this phase changer?
