I think you may need a new CMOS battery if your computer has not been 
powered up for a month.  It might just have a little power left in 
it, the battery usually fits into the Mother Board looks like a large 
watch battery.  It should be fairly easy to remove, so you can take 
it to wherever you can buy watch/camera batterys locally.  Unless it 
is a very old computer where it may be soldered in, but thats 
unlikely. They only cost a few dollars, or about one pound sterling 
in real money (£1).  You may have to reinstall the BIOS Once you get 
the machine working.
