Try this:-

Remove all the cards and peripherials from your computer, leaving
only the keyboard, video, and floppy drive connected. Do you get any
BIOS beeps or the POST beep? If not, then remove the video and
disconnect the floppy. Do you get a BIOS beep now? If not, remove the
memory. BIOS beep? If not, remove the CPU. BIOS beep? If not then you
have a motherboard problem. If you get a BIOS beep on any of the
steps above, then look at the step you just performed and your
problem is located in what you removed in that step.
