I do have Acronis Backup, but I have not used it often, my Ghost program
seems far easier to use. I never managed to get Acronis to burn a DVD. So I
would have to use another program to burn the Acronis image to a DVD, then
run Acronis boot to image the C partition. Ghost is much easier to use.
I know about the hidden recovery partitions, but they have become a moving
target as computer companies vary how they use them OR whether they use
them.
