Thank you for your replies, I have fixed the problem myself. It had to do with the DLL problem that some of us had experienced. I can plug head phones, micro phones, and TV cables into my modem.

Why are you plugging(or trying to plug) your headphones into a modem. Headphones should be plugged into a device that is connected to a sound card. >I check the sound properties and everything seems fine. > Good >I also tried different headphones and it still doesn't work. > Trying to plug your headphones into your modem will not work at all. >I am getting sound out of my speakers with headphones. > That is what is supposed to happen >What could be causing this? Thanks in advance. > Causing what? Plugging headphones into your speakers is, what you are supposed to do, not try plugging headphones into a modem.
