First go here and make sure you remove McAfee properly with the MCRP.exe
tool.

Do a free scan at www.pandasoftware .com
This will download a script to run the scan, to be removed afterwards.

You could get real good paid protection with Panda or NOD32 from www.eset
com

Or the less powerful AVG free from www.grisoft.com

Or the free one from www.avast.com

Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] computer problems

I think my computer has a virus. I know McAfee sucks...so I got
another one...but any virus protection i put on the computer the virus
seems to just turn it off. McAfee won't detect it. Can anyone suggest
one that maybe i could find online I am so desperate.
