Emile you have been very lucky then.

It is not good advice to say AV programs are not required though because
they patiently are very needed.

You think your PC has a virus?   How do you know this?   People will give
you
advice about their choice of virus programs and I've done  just fine without
any one of them.  The point I'm making is that we should  not be giving
advice
for a problem that may not even exist.  We should  determine the problem
