Well, shucky darn! I recently organized everything by deleting old files and getting folders in order and such, just so I could save everything on CD for backup purposes,.....but, somehow didn't quite get to that last step--the CD saving part. :(
I used to keep all my data on a separate hard drive from the operating system, just in case of times like this when I would have to reinstall Windows. "Used" to is the operative word here. Darn it! I wish I'd done that this time because I don't want to lose the data that's going to be lost if I have to reinstall Windows. :( Thanks tho, Diane --- In [email protected], jpurcell <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > pekoe, > > > 6) Now I have a C:\WINDOWS prompt. > > Now what? > > In the early Windows days you could type Win at the dos prompt to get > it to run.
