ok thisis an easy ne now listen closely..to fix this all you need is
two things:
1. Ink pen
2.piece of paper.
why i got you doing this is simple...
every windows O S rom 98 to xp has what is called "drivers" to work
all the hardware u need..
now go to device manager and write down the following
list will be longer if they sent you a laptop
copy the names of the basics..
1.video driver (monitor icon)
2. audio driver (speaker icon)
3. network driver( should be a card or a network
4. usb driver (listed last in the list of devices
after all is written down you could uninstall vista and install
windows now that you have the infgormation on your drivers
