So you are still struggling with Dell. I am not quite clear of what  
has happened.
Did you pay for the computer? Did they ship it? I'm guessing yes on  
the second item. But it was not what you ordered. That's the problem  
with buying on line [I assume it was on line]. If an on line company  
won't let you just ship it back then they are jeopardizing their on  
line business.
