Boy O Boy am I struggling.  They sent me another computer with Vista but not 
enough power to use it well. I wanted XP which is what I ordered and instead 
of giving that to me they decided on their own to send Vista.

There is no webcam which I ordered, no floppy which I ordered, no speakers 
etc and the service contract is almost a year old at this point.  There is no 
external hard drive so I can't transfer information from this computer over and 
I don't want to lose anything.

They won't give me an invoice either.  

They've been a nightmare.
