I  have done that when say my internet speed is low, but everything  
but this one computer is working. The other computers are working OK.  
I hate to treat the neighborhood when only one member is sick. In fact  
of course, the one member is NOT a member. It's as if he just doesn't  
connect to the router. I will keep that in mind as a last resort. :-(
