Hello All...

Updating. I took the advise and reverted back to the last previous
known good configuration and everything works OK. Now that seems
to mean that I can no longer update my XP professional if I want
to retain use of my QuickBooks. Is this a valid assumption?

Thanks for the suggestion.

Mark

Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] QuickBooks Pro 2000 - Crash

Hello Everyone...

Just recently have been having crash problems with my QuickBooks
Pro 2000 program. It will start loading and the splash screen
shows. Then I get a totally white screen where the data is
supposed to display with the note that QuickBooks has crashed and
do you want to send a trouble report. Sending the report will then
advise you to go to the Intuit website by indicating that Intuit
is aware of the problem and is working to correct it.

Going to the Intuit website puts you in the Support section where
absolutely nothing relevant can be found. Further inquiry returns
the comment that the program is no longer supported and I should
update. Hell, the only thing I use the program is for my checking
accounts and nothing else.

I am running XP pro, Service Pak 3.

Comments anyone...

Thanks.

Mark
